Top Spin in ping pong

Assalamualaikum/Dear Friends,

I just want to share ping pong technique in playing ping pong, one of the style is top spin. The method is simply ping pong bat must start from below to same level of head or above. That why it calls top spin. If you want to smash with spin also start from below and end at the same level of your head.

One more, it is better you can training with returnboard if you want to training top spin method.
